Is CPAP hard to sleep with?

Is CPAP hard to sleep with?

Though continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) can treat sleep apnea, many patients find the machine too noisy or uncomfortable to sleep with. A CPAP machine includes a small mask that fits over the patient’s nose and mouth, and it’s connected by a tube to the machine. Your doctor can help you find an alternative to CPAP, such as oral appliance therapy.
